Terms and conditions for the pick

  • This pick-up service will be available for only online reservation.
  • The service will pick-up from all hotels in Phuket downtown areas only.
  • The pick-up service is free for the 1st visit and for the clinic’s patients only (pick up from hotel to clinic only).
  • This service is FREE of charge, unless you do not have any dental treatments done, we will need to ask for 300THB for the pick-up fee to the driver (this is not included in the dental fee).
  • To benefit this free pick-up service, please confirm your reservation at least 5 days in advance.
  • To cancel this pick-up service, please let us know at least 3 days in advance.
